Cuchallain名義で2015年頃からYouTubeでおそ松さんなどのアニメのレビュー動画を投稿していました。
当時の動画が「海外の反応アニメシリーズ」としてニコニコ動画に転載されていることが確認できました。

当時のアカウントに飛んでみると恐らくアニメの画像などをしていたことが原因で「このアカウントを停止しました。これは、このユーザーのコンテンツが著作権を侵害しているとの申し立てが第三者から複数寄せられたためです。」と表示されます。
Twitterのリプライを確認すると2017年10月頃にYouTubeアカウントが削除されてしまったみたいです。
そして2018年4月には新しいチャンネル（DongHua Reviews）を開設しました。
日本のアニメはだめということで、中国のアニメのレビューを投稿する形式にしたみたいです。
2020年7月18日に投稿された「Top 10 Chinese Anime of Summer 2020（非公開）」は15万回以上再生されており1番人気の動画でした。
2020年07月11日にはTwitchの録画投稿やライブ配信用のYouTubeチャンネル「The House of Copper Hounds」が開設されました。
現在はほとんどの動画が非公開or削除されていますが、2020年10月29日に投稿されている「Scum Villain’s Self-Saving System 人渣反派自救系统 Novel Readthrough Chapters 5-8 – The Sky Pillar Rises!」のみ限定公開となっています。（設定ミスかもしれないのですぐ非公開になるかも）
cusleacrannのTwitchアカウント作成後2017年3月3日に「Starting our Adventure!」というタイトルで初配信を行いましたがそこからほどんど配信は行われていませんでした。
しかし2020年9月13日に行われたスマブラ配信「Testing Twitch Stream While Smashing Bros as Jiang Cheng.」から高頻度で配信を行うようになっていきました。
配信内容としては雑談ジャンルが352時間、Among Usが20時間、Gujian 3が16時間、原神が16時間など多数のゲーム配信を行っていました。

Cusleacrann宛のツイートを確認したところ11月7日に誕生日を祝われていることは確認できましたが年齢に関しては不明でした。
年齢に関して追記：
ディスコードにて2019年に28歳になっていたことと身体障害で失業していることと質の高い動画を作成するために最善を尽くしていることを報告していたことがわかりました。
ですので生年月日は1991年11月7日で年齢は31歳ということになります。
顔出しに関しては不明なので情報提供募集中です。
外国人のレビュー動画は顔出ししている人が多いですが残っている動画を確認する限りCusleacrannは一切顔を出していなかったようです。

The damage is permanent, now he couldn’t sit for more than 30 minutes. He also suffers from neuropathy from this condition, sometimes his body could feel numb, sometimes his whole body went to shocking pain.

i don’t think it’s impossible. he’s been hinting at becoming stronger. it just takes time and we should be patient for that to come, no matter how long it is. I swear, I’ll throw a party (by myself ofc) when his 3d debut happens.

So far there’s no cure for damaged spine, but he did get better over the years, from completely bed ridden to be able to walk and now he said he can go to the gym and exercise regularly. He told Mousey that he’s currently on steroid injections treatment to manage his pain, similar to epidural. Give it time. It’s going to be a long journey.
If he can’t travel to Japan I hope they can break the tradition a little bit and just give him his 3D model to use from home like some of the jp livers do.
They need to travel to Japan because that’s where they do the rigging. They need to fit the rigging to the livers actual body so their movement could transpire to the 3d models. After the rigging is done, they could take the tech home and do 3d whenever they want like JP livers.
Fulgur can’t do the body fit for rigging, and it takes tons of technicians to program that. They can’t just fly the technicians to him.
The only hope is if they find someone that has similar body type and height as Fulgur to do his rigging, but I guess they’re just rushing this time so they didn’t have time to do it.

Yep, he will need to dedicate one empty room with lots of setup to do 3d at home. He streams from the closet, he probably need to buy a whole new setup if he wants to do that. He’s probably not healthy enough to set all that up.
I think that this is a condition that wont change, so in a way I expect everyone to be realistic about his chances for future events. Heck, even if he were able to ,maybe he does not feel comfortable doing it and that is equally respectable.
